The Tahsili (Achievement Test for science majors) measures what you actually learned in secondary Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics. Universities combine it with the GAT and your school grade.
Test format
| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| Subjects | Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Mathematics with similar weights (about 25% each) |
| Grades | All three grades; Grade 12 carries the most (common sources cite about 20% / 30% / 50%) |
| Questions | Four-option multiple choice in timed sections |
| Tools | No calculator; numbers are chosen for mental arithmetic |
| Our simulation | 5 sections × 20 questions × 25 minutes, mixed subjects weighted by grade |
A suggested study plan
- Start with the Grade 12 books (Math 3, Physics 3, Chemistry 3): they carry the most weight.
- Memorize the formula tables in each chapter of this guide, then solve its patterns.
- Practise book by book, then take the full simulation.
- Review your mistakes notebook daily; repeated mistakes are the fastest gains.
Tahsili questions are usually direct: one law or one idea. If a solution gets long, re-read the question.
